Steal A Seed’s official loop is blunt: steal seeds from gardens, plant your seeds to grow rare plant varieties, and earn cash from your plants. The steal is only half a cycle. A seed in hand is not a plant
A magenta seed block is portable. A plant in a planter is the thing that pays. The handoff is the whole point of a steal. If you AFK on the treadmill still carrying the block, you are advertising a second steal — yours, to whoever walks in.
Walk to an empty planter in your own garden. Use the on-screen prompt that appears when you face it. Do not invent a key from another tycoon. Roblox prompts change with device. Mobile uses the on-screen button. PC uses whatever the prompt names. If no prompt appears, you are facing decoration, a full slot, or the wrong plot. Turn until the planter highlights.
One seed, one slot. Do not stand in the row hoping a second plant “just happens.” If every planter is full, you have a slot problem, not a planting problem. Either you replace a weak crop using the starter crops rules, or you unlock another planter when you can actually fill it.
Fill before you expand
The official upgrade line is unlock more planters. Extra dirt is not free income. Empty extra dirt is a billboard that you have cash and no crops. Fill the planters you already own. Then expand.
A working row of ordinary plants beats one flashy mutation and four holes. Cash is what buys treadmill time and the next slot. The upgrade priority page is the spend order. This page only needs the planting rule: occupied slots print, empty slots do not.
If you just stole a modest seed, plant it even if it is not a prize. That seed starts the timer. A “better” plant you do not have yet does not. Come back for high-tier targets after cash is moving. High-tier plants can wait until you can identify size and mutation on sight.
Watch the plant, not a spreadsheet
Steal A Seed does not publish a public grow-time table. We will not invent one. Watch this garden’s tell. When the planter still looks like a stub, leave it. When the plant looks done, collect. Do not import a harvest schedule from Grow a Garden, Snatch a Seed, or Steal a Garden. Those are different places.
Rare varieties, unique sizes, and mutations are in the official promise. They show up as plants that do not look like their neighbors: larger, louder, often neon purple. Rank what you can see. Cash from plants is how Speed and extra planters get paid. If cash is idle, look at the row before you open a shop. Empty? Plant. Full and slow? You may need a better seed, not another empty slot. Full and you keep dying on raids? Spend on the treadmill so the next steal actually lands.
Planting after a steal
The dangerous window is the walk from their grass to yours. End it. Do not emote. Do not inspect the mutation in the lane. Do not stop on your own treadmill with the block still carried. Plant first. Then you can train, shop, or scout again.
If the owner you just robbed is chasing, plant anyway if you reach a free slot. A planted seed is harder to undo than a carried one. After it is in, stay on your plot. Garden protection is the next two minutes, not a later chapter.
Team heists still plant one seed at a time. A runner who dumps three blocks on the lawn has not finished the job. The lookout’s job includes making sure the seed hits dirt, not just that it left the target garden. Roles are in Team Heists.
What not to do with planters
Do not leave starter crops in every slot because “they are mine.” You are supposed to outgrow them. Do not rip a paying plant for an empty hole because a video from another game said to reset the farm. Do not unlock three planters you cannot fill. Do not treat a mutated plant as decoration while you AFK. Do not type codes into a planter. There is no verified public code as of this check, and a planter is not a redeem box.
